Make dreams come true with Cricket

Rotarian Julian Buttigieg is an Australian living and working in Colombia as a science teacher and he loves cricket. He has designed this project to establish cricket training facilities and coaching for children in Colombia where the sport is not yet well established. It will encourage a healthy lifestyle and stimulate economic activity , while creating goodwill and understanding through language and culture exchange. Julian Buttigieg is a member of the Rotary E-Club of Global Trekkers and is a passionate cricketer who wants to see his students and the local community embrace the sport . Julian has created a 'Cricket Colombia Project' :

Cricket Colombia Training Centre at the School where he teaches. But for now, he’d settle for some funds to:

1. Construct two cricket practice nets for students 2. Purchase junior equipment (bats, ball, stumps, tees etc).

From your purchase, the Rotary E-Club of Global Trekkers will donate your funds to this project. We will also plant a pine tree(s) in your honor in the USA as part of the Eclub’s environment commitment to cleaner air, filtered water, the offsetting of carbon emissions and providing a habitat for wildlife.
